Thanks for the Video Travis, my lapband (gastric band in England) is being fitted 2 weeks today. I had a gastric bypass 10 years ago and went from 23 stone 12 to 12 stone 4lbs, I've regained and am back to 15 13, hence the band. My advice to anyone is to make sure they loose the regains that will eventually happen. So where you gain 6lbs to a stone its much easier to loose, rather than trying to loose a whole 6 stone as in my case. Sorry I would have written kg's but I haven't got much time as I type. Weight loss surgery was the best thing to ever happen to me and this time the key is to manage each regain once I get down. Can't wait to see the rest of your journey it's such valuable information 😊
