My Last Day At Stanford University | Vlogging Is "Bullshit"

I recently moved out of Stanford for the summer, and I thought it would be fun to film a moving-out vlog. Everything from last meals, to packing my room, to recollections about the entire year, and more are in this vlog, but most importantly, I try to weave in part of a philosophy paper I'm trying to write based on the concept of "bullshit" by Harry G. Frankfurt.

The social media facade people put on for themselves is such a new phenomenon and I feel like it really poses a problem to people who are unaware of how it is affecting their perception of themselves. The bullshit metaphor goes crazy aswell.

Great book that tackles this "reality vs entertainment" idea is The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien. Btw, I'm an incoming freshman this September. Hope to see you around.

the book I read wasn't by Nietszche, it was an account/summary of a lot of his philosophy, so it was much more approachable for me! I def woulda struggled if I had to read his original works!
