My LAST Day Trip before 2nd Lockdown

The reason I did this trip (A) I wanted to film two RHTT workings one north of Shrewsbury and the other which works off Didcot, and (B) because it was the last day before lockdown when I could get out for most of the day.
So I drove to the location north of Shrewsbury, then back to Hampton In Arden Station via the cafe at Marston Green to get a nice Sausage and Tom sandwich. (RHTT footage has already been seen)
I got the train from Hampton so I could get to my favourite Indian Restaurant quickly for a curry, all the places I filmed at are on the video.

Hi Mike another great vidio beautifully filmed. I live in creswell near worksop on the Robin Hood line we used to get regular 66 hauled coal traffic on this line but sadly no longer due to all the pits closing down but we do occasionally get a class 37 network rail test train through here. Iam from Chesterfield originally on the midland main line and that's a real hot-spot for freight all different varieties. It was nice to see those class 60s love those you can't beat British manufactured traction 👍 thanks Mike.

Yes Mark I know the areas you are referring to, before the 66 on them coal trains we had loads of 56 and 58 on the coal trains and before that the class 20s. Such great days when all them pits were operating, I will never forget them early 80s when the miners went on strike. Better shut up now, but yes there was a lot of depots and stabling points in them days as there were lots of coal working. Regards Mike.

At the said location where the class 175 was filming, the RHTT is not on this video because it was on the RHTT video a few week back, and I don't like to repeat shots.
