I got almost the same printer for my 3y old son and he loves it. It has a screen on the back, viewfinder, no flash, dual cameras for selfies. He's have a lot of fun with it. I think is worth the money.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video, Lon! I especially appreciate learning the the drone was totally unusable. I have had the same experience with a different drone about 2 years ago. I *finally* got the Wi-Fi to connect to my iPhone after jumping through all sorts of hoops and when I did, it was still uncontrollable and dropped right into my neighbor’s fenced back yard. That reduced me to the point of having to ring the neighbor’s bell: “Hey mister, could you retrieve my drone.” 🙄

Paying money to add to our landfills. Brilliant!

I recently purchased a USB charger hub, electric hair trimmer, and digital multimeter from TEMU. The total cost for all three items was under $30. So far, all of the items are working well. Therefore, it seems that TEMU is inconsistent when it comes to quality of their items.

You probably can feed label stock through the thermal printer if you can find a roll that fits. I don't see why it wouldn't.

TEMU is a free for all, a wild wild West of chinesium awfulness.

Does the $35 drone have trim support on the controller? I feel like it just needed some adjustments. I've seen more expensive drones that wouldn't even lift off, so a win... ish? 🤣

The printer is a no name version. There are a few forerunners in that field. Paperang, Peripage and Phomemo. The latter has a different size paper. And Niimbot for various sizes stickers, but not paper. There are models with double the resolution of the base versions, which are probably better still than yours. They can print on sticker paper. And there are versions of paper promised to last longer than your typical receipt. They are used quite a bit for to do lists, shopping lists, journaling and travel scrap books. The sellers on Lazada and Shopee in Asia usw these for Waybills. And the higher resolution ones can be used for real printouts in small size. So not just a toy, though yours is definitely a toy!

Two questions: Can the printer be recognized by Google Print Services? (I'm guessing no but worth a shot) Does the drone have a calibration method? I have a cheap one with a slider above the joysticks that adjust the axis bias.

Helps to check for Uyghur slave worker blood gumming up the undervalued TEMU products.

My brother shops on TEMU, makes me dread what he might send me for Christmas. Did the items have that awful off-gassing smell?

Temu is very expensive landfill fodder.

I suspect these positive Temu comments are bots or hired actors.

The government should tariff the shit out of this stuff. In the long run it is a bunch of toxic landfill. People are compelled to buy junk they don't need because it is so cheep. Once the novelty wares off its into the junk drawer then into the bin.

Temu Temu is a CCP profit stream, we shouldn't engage in Temu if we care about individual freedom.

Never buy a drone without a GPS receiver. They're $56 on Temu instead of $34. Worth it.

So, this service just sells e-waste. I'll steer clear.

key fob: useful for lost things like keys, lots of apps run in the background $1.89 steal. mini printer, not for photos, more like for documents, black and white. drone for $35. you didn't go into this with an open mind for the items that for dirt cheap would be fun to play around with. all while laughing at them. weird.
