You go girl, teaching Makaiah sign language!! Our little man is almost 1.5 years old & he's sooo good at signing AND verbally saying new words together all the time. It encourages & stengthens children's language development SO much to learn sign language in their first year. Our little man does this INCREDIBLE GIGGLE when he signs (or says certain words) when we repeat them back in understanding... like he feels SO proud that we understand when he communicates & it feels so good 🥹🥰

Love that you're teaching her sign language! That's amazing! Babies as young as 6 months pick it up soooo easy! And it should be taught as a second language so they can communicate with everyone 🥰

I remember for the first 3 months after my daughter was born, I felt like a mess!! It’s definitely a learning curve for both mama and baby but it’s a journey that I wouldn’t change! I cried a lot and experienced anxiety that I had never had before but it was all worth it!! Now my daughter will be 3 years old this year 😭 Cherish every moment!

My daughter who's born a day after Makaiah also loves when we swing her towards her reflection, instant giggles! Haha she loves watching herself in the mirror. I definitely will miss this stage when she's just becoming more aware. They're so precious 🥰

Idk why but in this video I noticed how you say words differently than I do and I thought it was fun. Like with Silicone you say “cin” instead of “cone” and then intestine you say “i” at the end instead of “in.” It’s fun haha Makaiah is so so cute 🥹❤️ I love getting to see her and hear her in videos and hear y’all talk about her. It makes sense she’s a giggly girl. She gets it from her parents 😭❤️ Love you guys!!!!

Can I suggest something trying something for your breakfast burrito/taco prep? Try heating your tortillas up on the stove on med/low heat on each side until golden brown. It's such a game changer! I'm Hispanic, and I didn't realize how many people ate their tortillas "raw". I've seen a few people throw theirs in the microwave, but it makes them soft and almost soggy-ish and just really isn't the same as giving them a nice zap on the stovetop
