Thank you David for exposing us to such incredible individuals, I can't wait for you to have SKEEM GP! The sad part is you dealing with your trauma but not being aware that you actually continuing the cycle with your own kid cause the boy will also inherit this curse until you fight yourself to change this won't stop. Be there for your son that's the healing.

Great that he studied and turned his life around but some of his points and perspective on life , love are of a damaged person , he's entitled to believe that however it comes across as the same anger issue he talks about he suffers from it , in the process creating another Solly in his child , easy to say he must forgive his parents , family and baby mama but hard to do it , good luck to him and King David is thee greatest conversationalist in the world . Enjoyed this episode😎 .

I salute the bravery of saying your heart and without prejudice. Thats the spirit 👏 and the other thing that I learnt myself during my time in prison too,,, There's is no too late and there's no too early in life"...trying to say in the right time all will prevail.

Loved this podcast. I appreciate the self-awareness of this man. He recognises where he went wrong and his traumas, and he’s continuously working on himself, and others. A true inspiring South African story. 🫶🏾

Buti Solly, what I love more is you praying for Dr Mamokgethi, it's so heart warming to find a male person relying on prayer. I think God for your life

If the prisons are empty what happens to the prison tenders? Are the companies that benefit from the prison industrial complex gonna let themselves lose billions? They are just gonna clap hands?😊

Wow Bra David you are wise, especially on that part where you were advising Bra Solly about his kid. The thing is you don't usually give your opinions, so today was the first time I heard you tell a guest his mistake.

I have been this podcast for the second day now due to loadshedding. It is long but I told myself that I will finish it. Every time I come back I start from the beginning because I did not want to miss anything. I always say this that the traumas Black people have are soo deep and enrooted from the apartheid atrocities. It is unfortunate that the elite and the privilege ones always downplay this notion. Truth is we inherited so much from apartheid.

The way this guy is so aticulate and intelligent sounding he is a real fighter I love the fighting spirit in him. I can relate to his story. How a person is brought up affects their emotional DNA unfortunately in African communities teenagers who went through such never get a chance to go thruogh councelling.
