I say Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon would make a perfect sister couple for sun and moon! Because Daybreaker would bring a blazing hot day, and Nightmare Moon would bring a freezing cold night.

Fun fact: The only ones we could consider as canon are Day breaker nightmare moon midnight sparkle pinkamena diane pie wreth death shimmer Day breaker, nightmare moon, and pinkamena diane pie have their own episodes in the series. Day breaker and nightmare moon are the villains of their chapters, except pinkamena which is like Pinkie's true personality (I guess) while Midnight sparkle and wreth death shimmer appear as villains in equestria girls

Its funny how Rarity looked like Luna when evil, since a comic book arc actually depicted Rarity as the new Nightmare Moon.

All of these villains could or still exist in a shattered glass universe and that would’ve been an great idea for the show or even a mlp comic book series.

Pinkamena/Pinkamina Diana Pie is the full name if Pinkie from the Pies. It's not elvil, but sad, still kind Pinkie, who had thirst for warmth of relationships. That's why she has become a party thrower, to cheer up those who were sad as she used to be. It's kinda mercy, coz she has been always protecting Fluttershy socially in a very wise and hidden manner. She is not as simple as she seems. Pinkie is attending and I think her element is kindness itself to the core, not laughter. Besides, laughter can be different. It can be happiness, bravery, fun, excitement, love or admiring. Laughing at the face of your fears is more like bravery. But Pinkie didn't have fear because she was full of love, not bravery. And you all remember that the pillar of bravery, the pegasus ... Magnus, was the favourite hero of Rainbow Dash, the representative of the element of loyalty. And it is true. Cowards are the worst traitors. So I consider Pinkie Pie as an element of kindness and Fluttershy - as decent modesty and tolerance. I mean all the Mane 6 don't have traits only of their elements, they share most of the features of character, and all of them are protective, have mercy and so on. Even Fluttershy showed bravery many times. Concerning Rarity, Twilight, Starlight, Trixie, RD and Sunset - they have sth in common - vain, egoism, blandness, and they sometimes forget to consider feelings of others, they do and only then think. Of all of them I consider AJ the most adequate with common sense, and Pinkie the kindest of all of them. Pinkie should have become the princess of friendship, ... actually all of them deserve it. Why only Twilight has become one? I dislike it... oh right... it's because Twi is more that just clever or smart, she is a scientific type, right. Magic of friendship?... , don't joke like that. Magic of intellect, leadership and toughness is about Twilight. Twilight has become a princess, coz she wasn't an earth pony as well (Cadance used to be a pegasus, remember?) and her intellect and devotion to studying and any knowledge or information were more than simply high. Plus Twilight was the only free candidate to that position who would agree to accept the role of both an alicorn and a princess. Rarity would be happy just being a royalty even without alicorn magic. Rarity has good manners, understands how to speak with upper crust/ class and rich ponies, celebrities and royalties. She is sophisticated, well-organised, self reserved, interesting, intelligent, elegant and hard working. So she could be a princess. Moreover, she developed a totally new spell on how to search for gems which she taught Twilight afterwards. And both she and Twilight are vain, strong and competitive, so I don't see the reason why Rarity can't be royalty from this point of view. My point is that Rarity couldn't be able to give up on her art of fashion and her business, her vocation and hobby, so she would refuse to become a princess. Fluttershy would be to shy and refuse, though I think she could be the right ruler if others weren't idiots around and listened to her, coz Fluttershy is smart and wise, though she doesn't possess magic, but she reminds me young Cadance very much. Rainbow Dash is not the reading type, she is more of Yan energy than Yin. And being a princess demands both energy types to be of a high level. Again: Rarity, Starlight are worthy to be alicorns. Fluttershy is more Yin type, she lacks Yan. AJ is responsible, tolerant, brave, smart, attentive, protective, but she would refuse to become a princess, coz she had a huge farm and a huge family to take care of still (more Yan than Yin, but still she can be concentrated and she has a very good memory and common sense). Twilight sometimes is chaotic and irrational, and lacks common sense. Twilight is intelligent, clever, but not wise or smart enough herself. Her friends brought up the new Twilight, so they deserve being alicorns, at least some of them: 2 or 4. Twilight is not the best candidate. But even though she is imperfect, of the all ponies of Mane 6, she was the only free one from chores to have enough time to become skilled enough to become a princess and she is not as bad as she used to be at the beginning. She didn't use to need friends. So I can't understand why Starlight think Twilight is better than her, coz Starlight used to have a big thist for family and friends. Probably Starlight could have become an alicorn as well, coz I think she has become wiser than Twilight in the end. Sunset would refuse coz she would want the world to accept the new version of her without power, but with love and peace around. And Sunset Shimmer would thought she didn't deserve to be a princess after all her sins she had done even after she had forgiven herself. Sunset belongs to the human world, and her set of mind was initially more human-like than pony-like. I dislike Flurryheart. And would never buy a toy of hers. I like Mane 5, and without Twilight, but with reformed Starlight. I admire Celestia the most as an idea of light and all good and perfect, though I understand Luna more since Luna reminds me myself, and I believe that Cadance is the only princess capable to stop any war. So I love the only 3 first canon princesses. I think I am a mixture of Luna, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie's features of character, so I like them most. But I would like to be more like Celestia, Applejack and Rarity in one. I wonder how I am perceived by other people. Coz I think of real me and ideal me, but i don't know how I actually look like... but many men many minds, so I'd never get a stable objective characteristic of me from others. Each of us knows oneself better. :)
