You’re basically right about the q50. They had the g37/370z motor in them before the 3.0t. The motor they put in the new Z is the same 3.0t that’s in the q50/q60 redsport which makes more power than the base models.

My only car has been down since mid March when it spun a rod bearing pretty bad and well just have been patiently waiting ever since. Hopefully this new N54 doesn’t let me down😫

I got a 2014 Infiniti Q50 with the VQ37VHR and I absolutely love it. It’s got 167k and it’s fbo with a tune but I’d highly recommend the Q50 to anybody that wasn’t a reliable and quick sedan.
