I am going to show you my rental apartment (1BHK) in London and also share with you the whole process of renting an apartment (where to find the properties, How to contact agents (Property dealers). what is viewing, how to place offer and how much does it cost to rent a decdnt house in London.

Really liked the video. It is very informative. We are moving to London in 2 months and have few questions - 1. Is this Royal docks? 2. Is the rent still same as you mentioned? We have got to know that recently the real estate prices have increased. 3. As we have a small baby, does this area has good day boarding or schools?

Yes its royal docks Rent has increased consider and upward of 1500 There are two in the vicinity but there is waiting for few months so do research area and nurseries before finalizing

Great stuff. Truly informative. I'm planning on moving to London this September. I'll be moving alone, but I was wondering if my parents could stay with me on my lease when they visit. I'm happy to rent a 2bhk.

Generally starts from 1300+ 2 br and new vs old could be 100 pounds but not true always

Royal docks .. rents might have increased now since covid situation has improved. But this was rented for 1350 pounds per month

Hey Nice apartment and planning to take apartments with Balcony as that is a must have - will be travelling to London by end of Sep - But just a little bit confused as my office location is at Warwick technology center and obviously would not want to rent out at Warwick and not being close to London - Any suggestions on some key areas which can be looked at and including the your Royal docks ?

What you showed as a towel dryer in bathroom is bathroom radiator / heater and not any dryer.. don’t give wrong info plz

This is heated towel rail. Obviously it warms the bathroom but also warms and dry towels. May be you only know older radiator.

It's not mandatory but your landlord could have problem in putting 4 people in one bedroom. So check with them beforehand.
