I wish you would get over your fear of going to see a doctor, to see if there is something that can be done to give you a better quality of life and possibly prevent something even worse happening later in life.

You should consider your leg problem coming from another area like your lower back. I have leg problems caused by my lower back and I had an issue with my hand that was resolved by a massage therapist at my shoulder. He found a spot on my shoulder and put pressure on it until it relaxed and I felt better instantly. I have also had leg relief by working my lower back.

I have broke every bone in my body at least twice. The Doctor said the only bone I did not break was my head. I had to go do a full Body x-rays because the Doctor said it was better then any Cat scan. I had already had 3 cat scans. When I went back to the Doctors he said you remember when I said the only bone you have not broken was you're head? I said yes and he said well I was wrong. I have been in a wheelchair and told I would never walk again.3 months of the wheelchair I was walking with crutches. Not well I will add but I was not always in the wheelchair. 6 month later I was out of the wheelchair for good but walking poorly but still walking with help with crutches and then a cane. Now I walk with no help most of the time. I am always in a lot of pain and I do not take any medication. I feel a cold front. I feel when it will start raining or snowing. I am in pain when it is humid. Truth is some times I am in so much pain I can't even get out of bed and I am not that old. Doctors tell me they can't believe I am not bed ridden . A few doctors seem shocked I walk in the Doctors office. Most of the time they keep looking at all my x-rays to see if they might have over looked something. So I can understand what you are trying to say. Most people have no idea what sort of pain I am in truth is I don't even think most care lol.

A medical term for it maybe leg cramp. Since ongoing since childhood, not much to fret about, but should find answer from medical resources. Maybe leg cramps will heal if you're not indoors since Force=Pressure x Area. With area outdoors virtually nil, force=0.

I have the same leg problem that’s weather-related! When it happens, have BENGAY ready! It works wonders but you would smell pretty bad that perfumes are ineffective. When you lay in bed, raise your legs with the big high pillow. BENGAY ointment/gel is a savior! I can guarantee you that!

As a mature adult you should prioritize your healthcare needs from invasive aesthetic procedures to more vital diagnostic procedures to rule out any real healthcare concerns. The majority of diagnostic tests are non-invasive painless procedures that can help resolve acute and chronic medical conditions and prolong life when proper treatment plans are implemented. Think of it this way, if a healthcare provider finds nothing medically wrong, that will resolve any worry. However, if they do discover something of concern, it can be medically, pharmacologically, surgically and therapeutically treated to make your life more tolerable and functional, and in certain cases save your life. By not visiting a primary care doctor regarding your health issues will never help you resolve the concerns. Your sister having the same problem indicates to me a back issue. Find a chiropractor. One of my reasons for wanting to move to the PHP is being able to afford massage. 50 minutes here is $70 or around 3500 pesos. I could get around 10 hours of massage for that in the PHP.

My sister had pain in her legs later she found out the blood was not flowing like normal she needed to take blood thinners . You really should get it checked to be safe, she waited too long and suffered so much to her lower legs . If she waited she could have gotten dangerous blood clots in her legs .She was your age!
