Shes a fine unit to get if ur struggling with pure fiction. Her aoe is amazing but she's really whatever in every other mode. If u like her tho she's super good in pure fiction. But if ur pulling for every type of content I wouldn't recommend.

If you already had another good erudition char and robin, yes, and no if you dont have them, imo

She is a fine unit if u need a fua unit with quantum fua. However, if you pull her solely just for PF, i suggest you to save for another character if you already have good fua units like himeko. I finished this PF using himeko, herta, ruan mei and galangher with full score (40k points)

If you have Himeko or Xueyi , not really. Having RM or Robin makes difference too. Also got 40k with HimeHerta + Robin and Aventurine. Ruan Mei was rocking with Nihility mommies in the 1st. Both with some spare turns.
