Okay u are speaking my language now.....If u want some multi.vitamins for women that are truly beneficial u should go with these brands::: Megaafood, Care of, or Ritual .....I know they are slightly more expensive but trust me u will see such a difference in your nails, skin, hair, digestion, to me the Ritual have worked best and they even seem to make me feel better BUT all three of those or thoroughly raved about in the "health nut" community
