I always thought this great sounding song was more than 3 chords. I think in the single note intro instead of doing the slight bend at the 7th fret on the sixth string, I think playing the 3rd fret on the same string sounds much better.

Great lesson, so for some of the chords it looks like you are not staying on the chord for the full strum pattern. it looks like the D and the A chord are split and the G gets the entire strum pattern. Is this correct?

I’m confused, tuned down one half step with a capo on the first fret isn’t the same as standard tuning???

I'm not tuned down 1/2 step. The 6th string is tuned down to D, all other strings are standard. If I was tuned down 1/2 step and capo 1st fret, then yes that would be the same as standard tuning.
