I took a trip to the lego store to buy some highly anticipated lego sets from the lego Star Wars theme as well as a massive lord of the rings set.

My June 1st buy was Barad-dur. I got the Fell Beast with it. Just made the first bag yesterday. I just started Lego insider. I added my Ornithopter and Barad-dur. The site said I had $20 on it. I went to the store today to get the LEGOlas & Gimili brick heads, along with Gandalf & the Balrog. When they rang me up it turned out I had $24 to redeem. What a surprise.

I got the same sets except I also got a lego minecraft boat and the harry potter forbidden forest. I do need to get more of those mandalorian sets to expand the battle scene, I like the play feature that you can make 1 trooper float in that battlepack.

Didn’t get Barad-Dur, but I did get myself the Rex and new battle pack. Love the Imperial Commandos!

Baradur looks brilliant. Let us know what the build looks like next to Avengers Tower. The Fellbeast doesn’t look so good but the Ringwraith looks pretty good. Planning to buy Baradur once I have saved the money! 💵

Great haul. Glad to see you snagged the Fell Beast GWP as they sold out like hot cakes - though you definitely sold it too early/cheaply (Like you, I don't want it or rate it, but I want at least £100+ for mine) Now all we need is for LEGO to realise the popularity of LotR and bring back a full wave with some cheaper sets and new minifigures....

Hi Jack, great video and awesome haul. I'm so jealous about Barad Dur. I really wanted to get it but just couldn't this time around. I'm not worried about missing out on the GWP. I did get a small haul, which I'm ok with. I got the Luke Mech, Cpt Rex, (even tho its still backordered) and I ordered it like 7am June 1st. I picked up the young Simba, and a HP set. I passed on both mando sets for now. I do want to get Barad Dur at some point - but I'm saving money for Rivendell. or maybe Avengers Tower. They are both great sets. But I do have my heart set on Rivendell before it retires.

Ah damn. Yeah I definitely need to get Rivendell before it retires. I’ll wait for a deal on Amazon next year. I have to say the mando sets are brilliant. The moff Gideon one in particular is very cool 👌🏻

Had to skip the release as I blew up my wallet month prior. Just gonna wait for discount deals later. Rex was sold out at my local toy store aswell.

I ordered the set at midnight on the first, ten minutes after it released. Its still in a warehouse and not even shipped.

Dude 70£ was too cheap! Here people are selling it for 200$! I regret not having the money to get barad ur day one and sell the GWP…Will we ever see it on sale later on? It’s lego exclusive.
