actually got in a nice conversation with a (Waterloo mathie) teacher friend and shared the tiktoks, it’s just such a lovely way to use your platform basically if you or any drag queen was my math teacher I’d have paid way more attention, but they would need to double the salary for doing 2 jobs

yes!!!! as a fellow math lover i really appreciate this and your tiktoks haha. something ive noticed in the lgbt community (at least in the circles im part of) is the disinterest in hard sciences + math and like, constant joking about how theyre bad at it and it just makes me so sad because it does become a self fulfilling prophecy at that point, yknow? i did manage to find my little community while i was completing my math degree in college but i'd love to see more of us get introduced to the amazing world of math!! 🥰🥰

Not gonna lie, she wasn't my favorite in Drag Race but after it, I instantly fell in love with her online videos. The fact that she's amazing in Mathematics is just mind-blowing because I'm currently studying Industrial Engineering so her TikTok videos are actually very helpful. I'm a Maths tiktok fan who's only just discovered your KZfaq channel. Cishet white guys make up the majority of STEM KZfaq and it's great to see a bit more diversity coming in and my two worlds combining. You make an amazing mathematics educator and I really do think your channel would fly if you focused on producing engaging content around financial literacy and other wierd and wonderful bits of math you encounter out in the world. One video I'd really love to see from you is one where you focus on sewing patterns and some of the modeling and generalisations that underpin the art. My only experience of tailoring (a set of matching sequin waist coats) showed me just how much maths an expert seemstress creating their own patterns must use!

why am i the exact same way with Tagalog 😭 i moved to the states when i was four, but when i stayed in manila for a month over the summer, i came back accidentally speaking Tagalog to airport workers in LAX. being exposed to your foreign language SO helps when practicing it!

Would you ever consider doing a video showing how to size up/down preexisting patterns? I’m plus size and finding patterns that fit me is hard. I’ve been able to use clothes I already have to make some, but I’d love to know how to make patterns work for my size. Hey Kyne, originally subscribed to you such a long time ago for all your tutorials and I actually discovered you again on Til Tok! I loved that you do drag and math so much because those are two of my most favorite fields.
