It has been so long guys almost feels like ages😊😊😁. Well well, I am glad to be back💃🏽💃🏽🎉🎉. I have decided to share my experiences as a masters student and specifically for students in University Canada West. It has been an amazing journey and it also came with it's ups and downs😪, but we meuveeeeeeee💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. Let me know in the comment section anything you would like to get more information on. Your even lucky am just realizing studying in these canada is not for the faint hearted rara. Your doing three subjects, people lyk me that is doing 7 subjects in one college nko for just first semester ooo and person go still submit case study, discussion thread and quiz in 4 days for different subjects and if u say make i sharply dub from google *Turnitin* is there eviling smiling at u and i never enter canada ooo still studying online frm Nigeria imagine the time difference, stress and most tyms i dey miss class errrr becos of work😅. It's also like an exam you have to write. But ensure you check the school you are applying to. Some schools dont require GMAT/GRE

I don’t really understand the question. You can always work for 20 hours as long as you are in session. And we also have the summer term. So during summer we are also in session

I am sorry 4d mixed up,i was going to ask if students can work during summer.I understand during summer break,, students could work longer hours to earn more above the normal 20 hours a week.is this applicable with UCW?

Okay, it is not applicable to UCW. UCW has a summer term. It is only if you are taking a term break that you can work more than 20 hours. Or any of the short breaks. But UCW does not have summer break

Hey, congratulations. The school doesn’t have any housing so I guess you have to find that on your own. You can use Facebook Marketplace to search for a place.

Hello, well depending on how many courses you take in a a term. But maximum of 5 semesters for the MBA degree

Hi Dunsin Did you attend private school during ur undergraduate program or came out with a first class....because I got a call from the school to know if I'm eligible for a scholarship but they told me they only give scholarship to someone who went to a private University....

Ohhh, I don't know what standards they used for the scholarship. Yes, I went to a private school and finished with a strong 2.1. They gave me 5,000 for academic excellence

I did not, we only have internship but it is optional. Once you are done with school and you get your letter of completion you can apply for your work permit immediately

Well you are supposed to pay the deposit as soon as possible so you can reserve your spot for that semester

I always tell people this, any stress you face, it is all worth it as long as you are already in Canada. Yes, the MBA program is worth the stress. The fees you pay will depend on the amount of courses to pick. But every term it will be around $7,000

Hmmm, it really shouldn’t take more than a week after your payment has been confirmed. But they always wait to confirm payment before they send the LOA. Just ensure you keep on messaging them.

When you apply to the school they will determine if you are eligible for the scholarship. I didn’t have to apply for the scholarship. When I got my letter of acceptance that was when I saw that I was given a scholarship, it was just a little amount though

Also you mentioned in your video that you’ve been in Canada for 1 year but you’d be done with your MBA in 3 months… you’re probably fine now anyways but my question is; isn’t the MBA for 2 years?🥺

Hello Precious, yes the MBA is stated to be for two years. But the MBA is already fast tracked. If you don’t take any breaks in between, you will finish in 1 year and 3 months.

The fees is not calculated according to 2 years. To complete the MBA degree we take 15 courses. The fees is measured per course. We pay per course every semester. I hope I am clear

Hello, for UCW how long did it take to process your form A deposit after getting the offer letter? Was there a deadline to make this payment? Also the cost of living there worries me, are there ways to navigate this? I got admission into UCW a month ago and I just got funds to deposit for FORM A hence these questions. Congratulations on your admission I can’t really remember how long the process took. It gets worse every time. But the first time it took about 3 weeks. I don’t know the deadline to make payment. Ask your advisor. But it is advised to pay 2 weeks after you receive your offer letter. As long as you have processed your payment you can always send your receipt to the advisor. Once they can confirm that, they will send you your LOA. There is no way to navigate it. Vancouver is an expensive city. All I can say is that you will survive it.

If you got the unconditional offer, you need to pay the first semester fees before you c an get the acceptance letter. Which should be around $7900. You will know if you got a scholarship when you receive the admission letter.
