So let’s talk about mental health . Something I feel very strongly about. Something we all go through and yet people are still scared to seek help.

Mental health is so important. I suffer from anxiety and depression and it’s so hard to deal with sometimes and hard to get people to understand how I feel when I have anxiety attacks and when I start to feel depressed and get to where I don’t want to do anything or even get out of bed but I’m lucky to have someone that helps me through it.

This was helpful. I kinda stopped watching your videos for a while and then popped up on my feed at the right time. Thanks for caring.

Mental Health is SOOOO important. It’s something that a lot of people take lightly. Most people don’t know how to open up about their mental issues and many don’t know how to spot it. Sometimes it’s easier to just close yourself off from the world versus talking about it,but it’s sooo unhealthy to do. I think it’s important for everyone to have a circle that serves as a space where you can talk about things that you are going through everyday. It’s great to open up and release emotions that you have because bottling up your feelings only damage yourself even more emotionally.

Having mental health issues for a long time and finally getting help myself (not that I have not been trying.....was just told it was all in my head for many years). I finally got someone to talk to and they are helping me a lot. I do have to go on meds though (which there is no shame in that when needed). But with the help of said therapist, you and other youtubers I watch...you all keep me sane. Be it with laughter or just speaking your minds....it is what we all need. It is nice to know that we are no alone with this illness and are here to give each other words of wisdom to keep each other sane.

Awwww bless you Daniel, mental health is a great subject to talk about and needs to be out in the open. My son told me that a friend from school took his life, my son has had moments where he doesn't want to be here but won't seek help, but as his mum I'm keeping a close eye on him and hoping that at some point he will be like okay now I need help. I'm just about to finishing counselling which has really helped me as I've a lot of grief that has happened and felt like I was in a black hole and no idea how to get out of it. I also have done a living well with pain course I have fibromyalgia and ME, it was really useful I learnt about pacing and mindfulness.

Mental health can be a touchy subject because of the stigma attached to it. Hopefully the more it's openly discussed people will feel safer to ask for help that could change their lives for the better. I was diagnosed with anxiety after my second miscarriage. Over the years I've had counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and a type of mindfulness therapy. Each of these have helped me in different ways and have improved my life. Needing help doesn't make you weak. It takes strength to ask for help and trust in someone to guide you.

I just want to say thank you to my friend and work colleague (I’m not going to mention their name) you may not have realised it but you taking your time to talk to me saved my life when I was in a really dark place. You are my guardian angel

Great talk today and so glad you are reducing your sugar intake! The hubs and me have made a lifestyle change in the foods we eat (no sugar, minimal carbs). We feel so much better and aren't as quick to anger. And we are down a few pounds!

You are a beautiful person. Makes my day to watch whatever you post. One thing I’m realizing is that many people are only living because they have children.

Thank you for sharing. My older brother was killed in a car accident when he was 16. In a result of this accident my mother was angry and wished it was me instead. Which resulted in my depression. One for loosing my brother and for my mother hating that fact I was here and he wasn't. She some times still hurts and takes it out on me. But what doesn't kill me makes me stronger. I don't let her bother me as much as before.
