That was a really good show BigWillyDawg - good information and a lot of it. Dr. Scholl's owns you some inserts for the plug. My tip is "Don't look up on the uphills," you'll know when you're at the top. Looking up is a punch in the face.

Good video. Some of your comments made me think of FNG 2LTs in the Army. I was one for awhile but wasn't as arrogant as many of them. Taking care of the paws is critical. I spent today at the VA. One of the appointments was a Podiatrist and she carved on my feet for a little while. I felt so much better when I walked out. If you get to the Shenandoah Valley, check out the caverns(Shenandoah and Luray). One of them has an excellent antique auto museum. The other has a good auto museum. I was blown away by a 1915 Rolls Royce that was made in Springfield, MA. Then I came across a mid 1930s Bugatti and a Hispano Suiza. My Boy Scout Troop had to drag me out of there. Good Luck, Rick

I drive a semi truck for a living. While I’m thinking of how many projects at home I’m going to get done on my up coming days off. When those days arrive , nope not today. So easy to say what you’re going to do than to do it. As I’m getting older (50’s ) I learned small steps are better than none. I’m not a fast work horse anymore and I don’t need to be. Looking forward to my April start in Georgia. Thank you for your advice.

Just watched the whole video - great advice on all fronts. The trail is definitely type 2 fun (fun that can be ridiculous while it's happening, but remembered fondly lol), but I've never done anything so rewarding in my life. Excellent advice, especially about not looking at your phone. I fall into that all the time. Another great tip was "the best laid plans...." how right you are.
