I love this guy so much and he looks happier in this video than in his other videos so that made me happy ❤❤❤ I live in Amsterdam in a very old house and use the landlady's vacuum, this same miele. Whenever I have trouble with it, this guy saves me. The joy and passion with which he fixes vacuums makes me so happy. I hope wonderful things happen in his life, and others rush to his help with the same attitude that he rushes to ours. ❤

My hoover was blocked but I did not realise there are two filter mats after watching this video I cleaned the one by the moter and now my hoover is so powerful again thanks for your advice it was so helpful you seem like a nice honest bloke thanks again 👍

Hi there I have a miele and I find that it sucks better without the HEPA filter, as soon as I fit the filter it loses its power. any ideas why?

That sheet rock dust is rough on house vacuums. Best to use a shop vac fist for construction clean-up.

Very much enjoy your video instructions. Please put the camera on a tripod, to move the camera use the tripod head arm. At present there is too much camera movement. Your explanation and how-to is excellent.

If i was you i would buy a steam cleaner and clean that vacuum so the customer is even more happier

The only trouble here is that you need a second vacuum cleaner to clean the insides of your vacuum cleaner!!

So.. a dumb customer who can't follow instructions in the manual and does not know the filters need replacing so he brings it back for repairs. I hope you charged him a lot of money for the service even though all you did was change a bag and filter. The problem will happen again eventually.
