nope don't be ashamed, we just sold our double wide (brand new @ the time) after 26yrs, loved it, hated my crazy neighbor.. living in a Condo now and I love it alot but miss my single family M.F. home ..ppl who live in Mansions are sometimes a bit snobbish..love your Manufactured home as much as I did mine.hold your head high too :)

you can o either, rent the land or purchase property, in NJ this home would go for about 50k or a little less, with the renting of land that would be an added $300-700 a month depending where you live. and not to mobile but possible since they have wheels and 5th V wheel hook-up in front..and yes most places allow gardens :)
