My mom definitely started having "uncomfortable" conversations when I was 10. And honestly I'm sooo greatful she did.

That's great... I had to initiate the uncomfortable conversations with my mom. The more I grew older and she started noticing that I was aware and opiniotated about a lot of things ( varsity years) she started opening up about somethings.

🥺 I honestly appreciate how your mom’s mood whilst having this “ uncomfortable” conversation has not become sour ( because a lot of the time moms tend to be uncomfortable themselves and that would be the reason for the sour attitude” I mean she’s clearly very comfortable because we see so much of her personality throughout. I also really like how your mom is very realistic about the possible things us as teens are doing dating, being sexually active etc she’s not turning a blind eye towards these things. Thank you for this informative video because it’s probably helping teens out there who haven’t been given the platform to talk about such. Btw I absolutely adore your mom and love her personality ❤️ thanks to mom.

I fully agree about creating that platform with your children at 10 or a young age cause then they will always feel kinda comfy with speaking up to you as their Mom about the different things that they go through instead of feeling scared to bring them up. She's spot on with that answer.
