MultiFlamingbunnies Hi Multi! WOW you are lucky!!!!! lol Love your routine! On my ideal day when I am not working, here's mine: wake up around 8. Make coffee, drink it in bed and meditate for one hour, reflect and pray. Then watch the Mass on EWTN, Catholic TV station (the best), then go shower, bkft of greek yogurt, berries granola with honey, as I'm putting my face on. Then go to errands, etc. leaving the house around 11 am. Perfect for me! God Bless~

Geez why do people keep criticizing her? Not just her, but everyone! About her breakfast, so what if she eats so little? It's better than eating nothing at all. So many people don't even eat breakfast so why are people even complaining? She at least eats rather healthy (eating some bread and avocado is a LOT healthier than shoveling a dozen donuts down your face and guzzling coffee afterwards :/) This is HER morning routine NOT yours. She is showing people how SHE goes through HER own morning! For heaven's sake people, it's okay if you don't agree with everything she does but don't shoot her down because we all have different morning routines and stuff . . . People are seriously so fucking immature. Not everyone is the same so don't bitch if someone does something differently than you.

No. I consume 5x that amount for breakfast; huge smoothie of greens, berries, whey protein and bananas, a combo of 4 poached eggs, sliced avocados and two large tomato slices on toasted Ezekiel bread with grassfed butter underneath, topped with siracha sauce, a bowl of chia seed pudding with a cup of kefir and green tea. Lost 80 pounds from eating that way too, LOL.

She can eat at least 3 more of those toasts and still not gain weight, Since avocado is great and has a lot of benefits why not eating more? she could eat fruit. whatever. but EAT no one here is advocating for the bacon/egg breakfast either. Just saying she needs to eat adult human amounts, not amounts for babies in fact talking about health is widely known that you have to eat the most in breakfast. If she eats ONE toast at breakfast then what does she have for dinner? a single grain of rice?

ash brow It is healthy it just seems so little. It's ok if she usually has a light breakfast and eats more for the other meals, but if she only has 3 meals a day that's around 200 cals that would be too little:)

***** yeah that's what I was thinking. Maybe if she's the type of people who has a small meal every 2-3 hours/eats 5-6 times a day then it's fine. I remember a couple years ago my breakfast would be similar: lime water, a slice of toasted bread and honey. but man i was like 80 pounds and i looked really skinny and sick ( I'm tall, and latina on top of that) I just say people should consider their height, frame, and activities before deciding to have that kind of meal. I've learned my lesson the hard way sobs and now I know how to eat healthy
