I’ve made the Vegan Burrito Bowl at least 4 times and it is my all time favorite. The walnut meat is delicious and the guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! When is your 2nd cookbook coming out?

I’ve made everything, with the exception of the muffins. What’s the matter with me??? I made the Caesar salad last night and I have yet another batch of chick peas in the oven right now. I love your cookbook I remember how excited I was when it was coming out. I bet I’ve bought a dozen or more for friends, family and engagement presents. I’m not even vegan I just want to be healthier. My family loves when we have vegan nights. We have it more than they know. Thank you.

I have tried and loved so many of your recipes, I can't list them all. The red lentil curry though! One of my all time favorites, and the muffins. I do those with gluten free flour and add a bit of oatmeal, and I use carob because I am allergic to chocolate {I know...}. So so good, a nice treat that includes me :) Love all the buddha bowls, just sooo hearty, oh and the lentil spaghetti balls... See, I could list all day here. Thank you for your beautiful work!

I so wish the KZfaq videos were linked in this video. I love to watch and learn, it helps to address the natural questions that come up while executing the recipe. I still can’t find the lentil curry recipe and it too me awhile to find the chicken cauliflower recipe. I have been looking a total of an hour! I’m looking forward to trying the chicken cauliflower recipe, that looks great.

It’s great to find your blog. Purchased your cookbook from the historic Marcus Books in Oakland and have loved making these dishes. Have to say that you forgot to add the glaze to the Lentil Loaf Recipe in the book! (Gotta try it next time) I routinely make the Fried Cauliflower but I find that I had to double the flour in order to coat an entire head of cauliflower. Am I doing something wrong?

You’re about to be cooking for a football team you keep saying you think you gonna make that. I have to up my game! I have only tried 1 thing in this list and that is the burrito bowl. Although I have tried many of your other recipes seeing this video has inspired me to try it all starting with the fried cauliflower. Great review, I can not wait to try those muffins either!

Hey. I haven’t gone to your blog before, but I watch your channel, and have your book. So I thought I would just give you some feedback here 🙂. Your cookbook is my most used book. I have used it so much in fact that some of the pages are kind of getting destroyed lol 😂, it’s okay, I can still read it. Favourites are sweet potato parsnip bisque, happy hearts crab cakes, cornbread, apple pie, pecan pie, sweet potato pie. I think those are the ones I make the most, though I have made a lot of the recipes. Oh the Mac and cheese is really good also. Oh and the date rice pudding. Okay they are all good. I must go to your blog and see what’s there that’s not in your book. P.s. I’m in Scotland and can always get the ingredients, even if it is an American product, I can usually get it on Amazon.

For the sweet potato chocolate muffins, can we substitute spelt flour for the whole wheat pastry flour? Will the texture be affected? I love your cookbook - one of my 2022 goals is to make at least a recipe a week! Blessings from Los Angeles, CA.

🍠 The lentil recipes are some of my favs! One time when I made the Lentil meatloaf I didn't mince the walnuts and they overpowered the taste so I tried skipping them sometimes and it was still delicious! The Ceasar sunshine salad brightened up my birthday in August and I paired up with it all summer, sesame seeds are my favorites and making the dressing for the salad is out of this world delicious. Maple mustard tempeh is delicious anything with mustard is always my choicel. Today I am making the lentil meatballs so good! Thanks for the cookbook, I have the digital one because I am space limited and it makes cooking fun!🍠
