Happy New Year, Gids! Great to see you; thank you for sharing your most-worn. Love your taste! So cool that you wear a mix of classics (No 22 is over 100-amazing to think about the people who have worn it), newer niche + artsy scents. I need to try more by Ormonde Jayne (I adore Tolu). Ebony Wood + Atomic Rose are also on my to-try list. I need to think about my 2023 faves… Lutens Un Bois Vanille, Lolita Lempicka, Chanel Cristalle, Caron Eau de Reglisse, a few by Fragonard, Tom Ford Sahara Noir, Solstice Scents Estate Vanilla, Estate Lavender, Cellar (a stone fruit + stone scent), Keiko Mecheri Loukhoum, BDK Rouge Smoking, Guerlain Vetiver, and a slew of incense scents are what I remember grabbing the most. And a few cheapies like Solinotes + Panier de Sens orange blossom scents + Bath + Body Works’ Dark Kiss + Lemon Pound Cake. Your crown is looking gorgeous, btw! Cheers.

Hello Amy, lovely to see you here! Wowzers so many great scents which I’ve noted down to try to sniff at some point. I think I have a sample of Tolu somewhere. Un bois Vanille is also high up on the list, had so much fun discovering the Serge Lutens some years back, need to rediscover. As for cheapies, have a couple of lush body sprays on my list (rose jam, salty and Lord of Misrule). Lolita Lempicka is lovely makes me smile and think of the beautiful people I love who wore it so effortlessly. Chanel cristalle is a classic I may pull the trigger on that one soon, the house of Chanel always makes my heart skip a beat! 😂 All your faves are lovely, haven’t tried TF Sahara Noir but am curious. Wishing you a happy scented year ahead! ❤️

Oud Satin Mood has to be one of my most complimented fragrance, I agree it's starts off super strong but dry down is softer and easy to wear! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video, I can't wait until your next one 🫶🙌🏾❤

Hello. Great video! I have Oud Satin Mood and Oud for Greatness. Some you mentioned that you wear to the gym or to bed. I'd like to know if the other scents you chose are work scents, evening or event scents, etc. Also, are some of them more spring/summer and others more fall/winter? Or do you wear whatever, whenever? Just curious haha.

Hello, happy new year! I wear Oud satin mood when mostly throughout the year unless it’s very humid, which isn’t often in London. Oud for greatness is also a year round scent for me very versatile I can wear to work and for special events. Atomic rose, Ani, L’eau Capitale, Terryfic Oud extreme, Ambre Royal can be worn daily. But they are strong. Would be better for slightly cooler weather in most cases. Terre D’Hermes is perfect for Spring Summer and Fall. Molecule 01 is my gym scent, I’ll do a video for this soon. I also wear Ebony Wood and Santal Majuscule to bed as they are warm cosy scents which are relaxing! Hope that helps…. 😁😁

How do you layer 2 different frags? On top of each other or next to each other?

A mixture of both, I layer the more powerful fragrance first then wait about 5-10 mins and apply the next less intense fragrance. I also layer on clothing also. 😊

Are these fragrances unisex?

Many of them are, depends on how traditionally feminine/masculine you lean with your fragrances, Kayali is the most “traditionally feminine” but my sister in law and female friends love Ouds and wear Oud satin mood and Oud for greatness which can be layered beautifully with anything and suits anyone in my opinion. I personally blend and blur the lines between masculine and feminine, sweet and spicy, floral and woody etc especially as I don’t want to smell like everyone else! Atomic rose is perfectly “unisex” alongside Ani, Paris Paris and Oud satin mood. Santal Royal is a bit more spicy but so luxurious and Santal Majuscule is a sweet dry sandalwood with a touch of rose…. Hope that helps lol 😊
