What a sweet heart your Mom is. I used to love to go shopping with my Mom. It's one of the things I miss most. And of course her Beautiful smile. Enjoyed tagging along with you both. Mommy loves Michael . Loved her putting her head on your shoulder and patting her heart at the end. And think how nice it is of her to share you with all of us. Dear Michael and Mom ; Those brass and glass boxes sold in Woolworths for a doller They had brass bells on a burlap rope with chunky stones for a dollar. All from India, always knew they would be collectable 😊 Bet Mom remembers . Great fun on this trip .P.S. The plastic frog was a watering can and came with small indoor plant implements a hoe, rake and shovel . Another dollar goodie for plant lovers.

That mixer's from the '50s. I've got my mom's chrome one from the '60s. The only green ones I know of are from the '70s...unless there are jadeite-colored ones! I'd love that!

Very interesting watching your channel. The antique store has many items from my childhood i wish i had now. I do have a glass item i bought at an antique shop but i don't know if its actually antique or what kind it is. I wish I could send you a picture of it. You are very knowledgeable on all vintage items im very impressed.
