My mother's bread is a recipe for the most beautiful bread, as she used to make it long ago. The whole yard smelled of fresh and delicious bread from the wood stove.
We all grabbed the ends that were so crispy and delicious. I remember that taste when she spreads warm bread with butter and brings it out to my friends and I for a snack while we play.
What a beautiful time it was. And they weren't small loaves. It was one big casserole and it was baked again every other day.

You need:
- 600 g of smooth flour
- 500 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 spoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
The pan is 24 cm in diameter. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees depending on your oven.
