For the paint: lava rock bar soap works pretty well. Very cheap at Walmart as well. Great for working hands! Also, for the face you should lather on your hands first and then lightly go to your face. Mix that with Dawn and you’ll be good to go... also some lotion...

Use rubbing alcohol to get the paint off. It works almost the same as paint thinner, but it doesn’t melt your skin
