Really love yours and your mums reactions to these Metallica songs . I’ve played guitar for the last 25 years and it was Metallica that got me into guitar and wanting to play their songs . When you can play the songs it makes you hear the songs a bit different because you’re aware of all the different parts . It looks like you’re a budding guitarist. Keep up the very good work .

Heavy Metal just brought light into my life a distinct calmness and good friends.

This song was my introduction to Metallica 34 years ago. It was a huge deal hearing this as it was faster and heavier than most anything I had heard up to that point. It led me into to speed metal world. Later known as Thrash and bands like Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax , Overkill, Testament , Exodus and other bands that played fast aggressive metal with fantastic musicianship .

This was my introduction to Metallica, I nearly peed myself with joy when I first heard it!!!!!!!

I love this and I wanted to thank everyone for commenting and joining me on my channel. My mum helps me with my comments and they take a long time. I have read some comments about the sound on my videos but I don't have the equipment to make it sound better, sorry. I can't keep up with requests but I do remember lots of them. I will do less effects and try to make it sound better. I really like learning about the life of the bands and the whys from everyone. I like how people have different views on songs and many ways of explaining what the song is about. My mum will be going back to work very soon when we are allowed out so I will have to change to doing my videos somewhere else in the house as that's my mum's office. Vocalist Noora Louhimo has an excellent rock voice, kinda Pat Benatar meets Lee Aaron with a Swedish accent. Burning Witches - Black Widow -- All female Power Metal from Switzerland and Netherlands. 21 year old lead guitarist Sonia Anubis has a YT channel documenting her years of practice and still uploads covers and solos. Nita Strauss - Pandemonium -- Baroque Classical inspired Power/Speed Metal, her solo album Controlled Chaos is guitar oriented instrumentals and she's the lead guitarist for Shock Rock legend Alice Cooper. Ad Infinitum - I Am The Storm -- Symphonic Power Metal, the band was formed by Swiss vocalist Melissa Bonney who can sing any genre from melodic metal to death metal. In This Moment - Call Me (Blondie cover) & We Will Rock You (Queen cover) -- Vocalist Maria Brink is considered a positive role model among younger female metal fans and imho has the best voice. Not many of their original songs are for younger than teen audiences but those 2 are 👌 If you notice there might be a leaning toward women in metal it's because there is. I have a preference for female metal vocals, especially harsher, gutteral Death Metal growls like Patricia Pons of SynlakrosS, Iris Goessens of Spoil Engine or the Butcher Babies' Carla Harvey and Heidi Shepherd but they're probably too heavy for you.

Story of the 10 plagues brought upon Egypt by God. Egypt would not let the Hebrew slaves leave with Moses, the chosen one. The plagues were to force the Pharaoh's hand. The 10th plague was that every first-born in the land would die. The sacrifice and blood on around the door was done by the Hebrews. This was the first Passover. God's promise was that Death would pass over their home if they did this. The Egyptians ignored it, and the Pharaoh's son was killed along with many others in the kingdom. This is an example of God's promise with Jesus. Jesus is the sacrifice. His blood washes our sins, and Death/judgment will pass over those who trust in God's promise and follow His commandments.

Next time you have to explain exodus to a child, just say its a bible story about how moses led the jews out of slavery in Egypt. I just hit the core of the story in one sentence... I will say however that i learned that story around her age... And i didnt have any misunderstandings. If you really want to give more context you could explain how god sent the plagues upon Egypt because he wouldnt set the Jews free. The final plague was the angle of death taking every first born son who did not paint the lambs blood on the door. The pharoah himself lost his son, bringing the situation to a head. There i just explained the song too.
