It is not a breakup song. It is about addiction, from the point of view of the addicted person. Pau wrote this when she was 13 years old. All three of them play piano. Earlier in the same show, she performed "Show Me the Light", also at the piano. She also wrote that song at the age of 13. Also worth checking out!

All 3 sisters play piano/keyboard. Dany also plays sax. Their earliest videos show them doing piano recitals when they were 6 and 8 years old. Try Pau singing 'Creep' while on piano. Have a tissue handy. It's a tearjerker.

@@TimberWolf762 Both played sax while in school but I don't know that they have practiced any since then. In an interview there was some banter about the possibility of a sax number at some time but I don't think they were serious. Then again, why not. It would definitely be a twist.

Pau wrote this song at the age of 13 !! it´s about alcohol addiction. Very deep & full of emotions. 😍

They can all Play the piano. It was their first instrument they all learned,I believe. That's usually how the songs are written.

As others already mentioned, they all play piano and regarding to Dany and Pau, Ale is best at it. If you liked this softer one, yoe definitely have to give "Show me the light" a listen, also from the Dakota Bar session. You will hear one of the most emotional and touching guitar solos ever. They are all so special.

Not all but most of The Warning songs begin with Pau at a piano. See Mayday in the Making, Ep 3. They actually did 2 piano numbers at this show, the second is called Show Me the Light. Pau is on the piano for it also and Dany does a very tasteful guitar solo partway through the song. Not shredding but it fits the song. Black holes is about addiction. Broken bottles may be alcohol but drugs is also possible. I've known several addicts that had problems with both at the same time.

This is Pau's song, Dany has a couple of great songs, just waiting until Ale has her song. Love all their voices. New releases they take advantage of Paul's passionate voice.

All 3 have played the piano at lives shows. I saw a video where Pau said this was a very serious and she was sorry she smiled so much but it was one of the first time she heard the fans singing along and could not help smiling.

You said you were waiting for this big drum bash for this song. First off. That will not happen with The Warning especially as a three piece band with Pau playing the keyboards & being short. Maybe in the future if they decide to hire a touring musician. But not now. Besides: The whole Mayday Tour of 2022. They never set up the keyboards. But the did used a keyboard for a small Montreal radio show Dany & Pau (Ale was resting - flu) done in November during their Three Days Grace support leg.

@@MyNameisJeffReacts - For Pau to do a proper transaction from keyboards to drums. Her kit needed to be certain way for her to sit behind her kit fast. Since her reach is short. Peddles, Tom hats & drums must be at a certain length. Due to her being short in height & reach. Not to mention the computer she operates that controls the backing screen (if used), click track, peddle boards & backing tracks. Pau did say before she purchased a cage for her kit with memory locks. Drums took about 45 minutes to an hour to setup. Now, less than half an hour. So no. But for Dany & her guitar. The Warning does that big crash of the drums & bass after a verse of the song *"When I'm Alone" during their current tour where it's just Dany, her guitar singing the first verse. Sometimes the audience sings with her. Which is not done on the studio track. That's a start.
