Tips: Ensure you have enough liquid when blending I also shake the whole unit to agitate and get mixxed if cavation occurs. when lifting off top, at the SAME time, pull the plug, it will be easier and less probability damage/stress to the seals. Glad you are enjoying

Thanks John! Yeah I've gotten better about adding more water now lol. And that's really good to know about lifting the lid WHILE releasing the plug - I'll give that try today. 👍

I dont understand the comparision with vitamix, without the plunger it would be just as bad for a thick mixture.

I believe that the blender was just not powerful enough to easily blend all of the frozen fruit that you had in there. I just ordered the "Klarstein Airakles Vacuum Blender" on Amazon for $85, with free shipping with my Amazon Prime membership. It has a Glass jar, which is much better then plastic. I really hope I will be happy with it, but will be making much smaller smoothies with it, for 2 people max. I could never afford the Vitamix in the past, so I am happy that this new vacuum technology has blenders that are very affordable.

Don’t think the warranty covers the violent shaking...more liquids does wonders. Vitamix would blend it sure but that carafe is much bigger.

It’s rigerek but they don’t make them anymore which is why they sold them for so cheap. I would check out discountjuicers.com which is John Kohlers website and he sells vacuum blenders you could check out

Just got mine today and I tried it but the carath was leaking the water I added so I emailed them and I'm waiting on them to respond.

No I didn't, I just took it out of the box, rinsed it off and went to town. I was looking at it and maybe you need to tighten the piece that the blade is connected to! It looks like it twists into place? Maybe they didn't tighten yours enough?

This model is discontinued as far as I’m aware. If you would like to get one i would v check out discountjuicers.com and browse their options. That’s where I’m going to get mine

@@rawintuition you use the vitamix biochef? I actually did find that model on amazon for $100 during cyber Monday but I don’t trust the warranty. I wanted to buy the Ninja Freshvac blender but they no longer make it. I’m holding out for a cheap model if its a foreign brand. The good thing is I can get a cheap warranty if it comes from amazon..

That doesn't sound good lol. I'm sorry to hear that - maybe try using the pulse option if that works? Otherwise, yeah - it sounds broken.

It was on eBay but I believe they were that price because the company was discontinuing them and just wanted to get rid of them. So this exact one I don't think it's available anymore... I would check discountjuicers.com for some other options

There are comparison videos that prove that this new vacuum technology is legit. They show you the colors of the smoothies after they are finished, and you can see a very big difference in the smoothness and the color of a vacuum blended smoothie vs a smoothie from a Vitamix or any other regular blender. The vacuum blending really helps to retain the vitamins in the smoothies. I really believe it too.
