I stopped drinking roughly a year and a half ago and now I see myself putting my money towards my health with my gym membership, grocery store, maybe treat myself to an expensive smoothie vs spending it on drinking, going out, Ubers etc. Best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Sometimes we have the money, but we’re not spending it in the right places.

I like to move a lot too. And I think it’s because, deep down inside, we are searching for a home and a place of belonging. When I’m ready to move to a new place, nothing can stop me. I’ve lived in many states and many different countries (currently I’m in Thailand and loving it). But when I’m ready to go back to the states, I will. I think once you find your wife, you will want to settle down

Phil, you can put a container garden on your balcony. Look into raised garden beds and vertical garden planters, such as the Greenstalk planters. If you have an ALDI nearby, they are selling large plant pots, soil, etc right about now and the prices are reasonable. Florida has the perfect weather to grow just about everything year-round. 🥑Avocado oil is like a best kept secret in the kitchen. It blends so well with food and you don't need much. And yes, seasoning is very subjective, you kinda know when it's a "good amount" for your personal palate -- salt being the exception. As usual, this vlog was so relaxing to watch.

Yes many days I’ve over seasoned my veggies being vegan. But for sure it’s all a feeling. Once I finally learned what perfect I find I never made the mistake again. I often time find myself using less seasoning now 6 years plant based.
