Hello Nick. I am almost 50 years old. I like the game although my son is way better than me. We play together.The game is only for fun. It is just a game and when money is involved it is a buisness for them. My advise to you is thet you should NOT let it affect you that much. In life there are more important things to worry about. I get what you're saying fella, what pisses me off is that you pay almost 600 pounds for a ps5 console 40 pound a month to get good WiFi and then 70 pound to buy a game yet you can't fucking control what you want to do on the game, the game dictates where you 5 yard passes go and is all ai based. You might aswell drop your controller and let the game simulate itself

The goals and play in general are all playstyle driven this year unless the player is programmed naturally well (e.g Timo). They have finessse plus? That’s how you score. They have power shot plus? That’s what you use. Linking up play? Use the passing playstyle the card has. I set my teams up to combine all the playstyle together. E.g have incisive pass combined with rapid players for through ball first time strikes. I’ve seen people abuse the whipped pass in the same way with power header players.

Finishing is the best and easiest it has ever been because of all the new animations and PLAYSTYLES. But some 1v1 finishing is inconsistent in some games, which feels like RNG or the game doesn’t understand your input at times. That’s the only issue. But most people also CHOKES easy chances by overthinking. And then blames the game

Best way to counter this type of AI defending is to R1 pass into your frontline, bypassing the opponent’s midfield. They are then forced to defend with CBs which they are oblivious to. Also, I don’t understand how people like Marquez at CB. My kompany UCL is a lot better

Doesn't the fact that you as an elite player can be matched up against an opponent like the first match bother you? It shouldn't be possible for an elite player to come up against someone in div10 in weekend league. They should do something like D1-3. D4-6. D7-9. D10- elite. I am in div5 so average player, but the way the matchmaking is right now just rules out 90% of the average normal gamer who likes FC
