My multi tasking skills are at the next level as I take my CanAm Maverick R down to Evolution Powersports to upgrade the power! Things don’t go as planned, so improvising is the next best thing! Since installing bigger tires on the Speed UTV the two cars no longer fit in the trailer, I get creative in stacking the cars and hope for the best as we head to Phoenix! As the average consumer when it comes to tuning products for the Maverick R, I take you on a journey to discover the highs and lows of purchasing one of these kits. Is it worth it? I assume since you brought the Speed you had them do a hub dyno run too? Will you be doing a video on that? I’d expect with the CVT you will see a greater hp to the wheel loss vs the DCT, but it would be interesting to see.

Check out another Channel, when I first bought the Speed, we put it on a Dyno. It was pulling about 150 HP to the wheels. This was on Desert SXS channel probably in November of last year…

I’m as stupid as it comes with technology. I did the whole package with Evo real simple and a thing rips you’ll love it.

Great video! Thanks for educating on what you had done . I’m in the commercial high rise construction business and have no clue about getting my utv to max levels, all I know is I want to haul ass with a smooth ride 🤣

I have the X3 and the ProR 4 ultimate at this time. Next time you all are in glamis I’d love to tag along for a quick rip 👍🏼 I also ride superstition a lot because it has a good mix of riding all in one place.

@@fishslayersocal9345That Pro R has more Power potential then the Mav R at this point in time, the question is will the shifting outpace the belt? We will find out. I think in the end, that Pro R 4 will be the king of the hill! The wheelbase is good for the whoops at the base of any hill, and the long wheel base also seems to equalize the rear suspension a little better providing better traction.

The struggle is real! I’ve noticed that the internet connection makes a lot of difference too. The video is extremely clear on the phone, on the tv it’s clear when the connection is perfect. This video was downloaded 1080P 30FPS. Trying to balance editing time with life is my challenge, I promise I’m listening and learning

275hp on 3000lb car is nothing.. I have a 2300lb sandcar with 300+ Honda VTEC engine. Now That makes a difference.

If I didn’t have the Speed 4 seater, you know a pro-R 4 would be in the stable. Is that what you have? Such a plush and amazing ride!

So is this your second Mav R? Didn't you have a black and yellow one? And do you have to completely drain your gas tank when going fron 91 to E85?

Yes, used to have a yellow/black that got wrapped and built. Unfortunately I totaled it in a high speed accident. To get optimal performance you would want to empty the tank from 91, and fill with E85. On this build I’m going to add fuel tanks that will be selectable. Stay tuned!
