I love the Heritage Huskies. Reminds me of my 1984 Husqvarna WR500 two stroke. Man I miss my old Swedish made Husqvarna.

Great enduro choice !extremely light it looks.I just ordered the crf 300 to complement my cb500 x.Seeing Diogo in a few weeks again to do a follow up course.Enjoy your new bike and have a great 2023...I planned a S.Norway trip next August with the cb 500.

117 kg fully fueled. I think the crf300l is a great bike too, in addition to an adventure bike you’re pretty much all set. Enjoy the tour with Diogo, and let me know if I can be to any help with your trip to Norway. If I’m home at the time you can stay at my house 😊

congratulations - take it to the Via del Sale - spend one or two weeks there and you will enjoy something very new. good home base is Limone Piemonte. I know you need to carry it down with your car... but this should work easily

yes! owning an mid-weight adventure bike and an enduro bike is a great combo! thats what I have in the garage. Also have an old cruiser that has never ran ... its my "project" bike that I tell people I will rebuild one day (i probably wont lol)

Yep, I’m very happy with this combo 😁 but I too need a third project bike that I can work on and tell everyone that I will finish some day. When I need some time for myself at home, I just walk downstairs to my basement garage, put on some Neil Young and start wrenching - problem is that both of my bikes don’t need more wrenching, hence the need for a project bike 😁

Tillykke, I'm looking at an EXC-F 450 or similar for next year. I assume you get it in a street legal version with number plate etc. In a street "legal state", is the engine "unrestricted", or do you need to do stuff, meaning can it pass enviromental requirements ok?

merry christmas. drz's have takasago excel rims so you do have experience with them and they're excellent. as with any new spoked wheel you need to check and very likely tighten the spokes after the first few rides as they settle in. typical to need tightening 2 or 3 times in the first thousand km and after that they're good. if they're ignored and left loose you'll have constant issues as the holes in the hub can get wallowed out.

Merry Christmas to you too Johannes 🎉 , I was so tempted to get one of these instead of my 701 .they are a real off road weapon bud yo will love it , the only reasons the 701 won was because of your reviews on it & I need to ride to the trails ( I now have brought a trailer to cart the bike around) 😂 . So could of brought the beast of the 350 lol . As I’ve done zero miles on the 701 ,had to wait 15 weeks for one here in the UK and spending an absolute fortune on bits for it I’ll stay on the 701 for a while . Enjoy your time on it I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it stay safe have a great new year celebrating & a great 2023 of riding pal

You are a bit shorter than me but some lower footpegs really helps us tall riders. Congrats on the 350!

Try to do that lift out of a mud hole.... 🤣 Congrats on the new ride, it's one heck of a Christmas present.🎁 I've been looking forward to seeing it, but probably not as much as you've been looking forward to getting it. 😉 I prefer a 2storke dirt bike, here in New England, USA its all tight, rocky and sloppy terrain, but there are plenty of riders kicking ass on those 4strokes KTMs as well..... You're going love it, plus your ADV riding is going to improve exponentially the more "enduro riding" you do on this 350.

The likelihood of me getting stuck in mud with it is 100%, so we’ll find out next season 😁 I have almost no time on two strokes. The ones I’ve talked to suggested a four stroke due to the tarmac that I have to cover to get to the track/trails - Would you agree with that?

Hi , beautiful bike , I got a question, do you use this bike in road ? , if so , how does this bike behave in road ? I really want a bike like this just because I like it , used to do downhill in mountain bikes hence my interest in this bikes , does it worth it use this in road ? I won’t use it to commute, just to hang out from time to time , I aware that it need to be serviced in hours , do you this it will be a wasted to use this bike as I planing to use it , thank you

Thanks Carlos! The only road I will cover with this bike is from my home to the enduro track and the trails. It works on the road, but it depends on what you’re used to - it’s not very pleasant, it vibrates and squirms around because of the tires.

@@JohannesDalen yes very excited 🤣…… of course now you’ve set the trend on lifting the new bike, I’m gonna have to try that too 😃👍 Mine will be the standard grey 2022 version (wonder if there’s an interesting chat to be had on how prices are going - theoretically one might imagine a good price is achievable at the end of a model year, but it’s a weird market at the moment), and as I solely intend to use it on the dirt trails and mountain fire tracks, which start about 1km from my house, I don’t think I’ll need to mod it very much. Dealer said first service after 5 hours, and that servicing needs to be done at the dealer to maintain the warranty, but it’s such a simple service that it seems crazy to have to do that. Medium enduro tyres …..I’m hoping will be much better than the standard tyres on the 701, as they give me no confidence at all on the dirt, but they are great on tarmac. ….I can’t live the 701 without doing my back an injury 🤣

So…… I ordered an FE350 today 😃 Now I just need to buy more safety gear. I don’t like leather on boots or gloves, or anything….. so what do I buy?

Hey that’s awesome Alan, congrats! I have the Alpinestars Tech7 boots and I’m very happy. Perfect mix between stiffness and comfort. I’ve tried the Garrne and Sidis, but they were too stiff. Only issue with my boots is that they smell terrible after getting wet..

Okay, the dealer who got the more expensive ‘Rockstar edition’ got Brembo, so that makes sense! I’m happy with the Braktec so far. Already had to replace and blead the clutch master because I crashed and cracked it. Seems like solid stuff 😊

I bought one in 2021 and hated it - yes the weight is amazingly light and they are fast on flowey single track. but they are too small in every direction unless you are 5 foot nothing , 1st-2nd gear has a massive gap, efi tune is too lean, they stall in tight stuff, forks and shock are trail bike quality, - certainly not race ready
