I’m so proud of you giving your children the best life you can . I can’t help but think of how things were for you and how you’re overcoming and doing so good at being a mom for your babies. I love it , things were ugly for me growing up and now I’m mom to 4 kids I just turned 28. You encourage me to be better 🤍

I would love to tell you but I stopped taking mine, not intentionally I just keep forgetting to take it, so I couldn’t say 😅 I started using a women’s vitamin so I think I got lazy lol 💕

I know you didn’t ask me but thought I would tell you I use the collagen peptides by vital proteins, I tried other ones but this one doesn’t taste bad and dissolves really well I add it in my coffee and tea or smoothies I get it from Costco in a blue container
