My New Goal in Ninja.io! And Channel Update!

Hi guys, in this video I give an update on the state of my channel and talk a bit about what I'm currently working towards with the game. Thanks for watching, more videos soon!

I understand where you are coming from. Trying to not lose and worrying about KD puts a lot of stress on you as you have this image to show as a top player. Losing to lesser players and having them flex on you can be demoralising. This is why I don't care about winning no more, I mostly just mess about with RPG+M79 now and have fun. Finally, you already have built yourself a legacy in this game, now just have fun and relax.

Yeah Ben, you are 100 percent right. It’s so exhausting to stress over stats and performance all the time, but it’s hard to stop. You kind of get into a habit of it lol, and it always feels bad to see stats you have been building for years drop, but I am trying. :) It will take time, but I’m sure I will get to the point where I can just focus on enjoying the game and relax without worrying about stats or performance. I don’t want to have to try hard all the time. Feels like I am disappointing people when I don’t though, but I will learn to ignore it. Just takes time.

I can relate to this as someone with a bit of notoriety in Krunker; while your new mindset is the one I've had for myself from the very beginning, I've still been tempted from time to time by the stat-shaming and the glittery achievements. At the end of the day, though, I ask myself, "Did I have fun?" This is my goal when playing video games, and to hell with the numbers! I disregard them for the same reason I've learned to accept my body image. My KDR is dogshit, I have a hilariously low nuke count, and my accuracy stat is so bad (purely due to certain gun mechanics and not my aim) that I use it as my killcard stat that everyone sees when they die to me because it's funny to see pros rage at their "bad luck." But I never quit a lobby purely because I'm losing so I can get better stats. Where's the fun in winning if your competition was a classroom of fucking 9-year-olds on Chromebooks?

Yeah that's awesome man. It's always been a struggle for me to not care at all about what others think, but I'll get there, been working on that. I don't like to disappoint people who watch my channel, they expect certain things of me whenever I play when I just want to relax and play for fun, but I'm slowly getting to the point where it's not a problem for me anymore and I can just ignore them. I feel kind of bad doing it, but It's just too stressful to be worrying about what others think, so it's the right choice.

I understand that u changed your mind because I had some situations where I want to quit but then I do not quit. When i play the game I either think to much and die a lot or I just laugh it off and keep playing. I also am interested in your goal plans and if I have any video ideas I will tell you. Also have fun doing whatever :D

Thanks bro, and I am trying. Not there yet though. Making progress but it is slow, our ancestors were way stronger than us, those guys had self control. Hope to be like that one day, but it will take time :)

I personally think having conversations with other players while playing can be fun, but then again half of the playerbase is pretty toxic 😔

Btw man, I'm sorry about the things he said to you. I did talk to him about it seriously and he apologized, he doesn't play anymore. I'm sorry for not telling him to stop earlier. I should have shut that all down. Even if there are some things we disagree on it doesn't mean we need to fight or be rude to each other, the things he said to you was not right. I made sure he understands that.

@@chefster Well it is not just a disagreement, POOMAN was insulting you, not just disagreeing. Which is what makes it wrong. Disagreements can expressed without insults. Sorry for not stopping him earlier, but I made sure he knows not to do it again.

I completely agree that you shouldn't play for skill, i try to play for fun, this is so great you have came back! I think a good video idea would be a 1v1 against me hehe but anyways your videos are the best and I rly want to 1v1 you!

Haha thanks! Maybe one day. 1v1s are hard to setup for me now, I deleted all my social media. Only have KZfaq. We will see what happens though.

enjoying a game is easier said then done but from my experience the best way to do so is to congratulate your opponents all the time, be it they got lucky they were toxic they were camping.

I hate typing when I'm playing games, I like to just keep to myself. I just want to enjoy the gameplay itself and not worry or think about others. I have a KZfaq but I'm not a social person usually, even before YT I hardly ever spoke in matches.

@@HappyStalker0G_YT I think for everyone what you find enjoyable is different. I know some people love to make friends in the game and talk, and that's why they play. Then others like me hate talking, and plenty are in between. We just all sort of have to find what is most fun for us, then focus on that.

I can understand why you changed your mine, it bc you sik of the game bc you so much play, but when you don't find a other game that give you so fun, where you are really good in it, you come back and play, but like you say, in this case, you don't play so often when before.

Yeah that is true, I'm so used to playing Ninja now that it feels like second nature lol. I have been playing for like 3 or 4 years now, actively for most of it, it is relaxing to play! XD

I was more thinking it is boring to play now but that you relax?! i understand a little bit when you said that bc you a pro player, all people talk from you when you said that you left, and I think that all will be happy that you come back, you actually sucesful "end" this game, so yeah, you can relax when you play bc you have nothing to do.
