After a quick online search, I found out that it is pretty common. Hopefully the new one is good

i been using xt150 connectors for 15+ years on all my 1/8 and xmaxx with no issues, dont have the anti spark but i like that they never come loose. sucks about that esc, those things are not cheap.

Man that sucks when the esc blows up on you. Can't wait for more content to come! I also plan to build a custom rc monster truck! How much will it be for a 1/10 tube chassis truck? Like LMT size.

If it is brand new and burnt up I feel it is not unethical to buy another one from Amazon and return the bad unit in its place for a refund.

It's 1/6 scale but will have 1/5 size gears and driveline parts for durability
