@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 that’s normal until your hands eyes and head are one. I don’t hold the sticks tight I use inside of my thumb and index to hold the stick just a little pressure. When I do that I’ll have the top of my thumb on the top of stick. Don’t turn in place too much you’ll turn out of them tracks if they are loose. Slow and steady pressure helps to make your movements fluid and not jerky.

Ray your tractor is sexy! 🤣 The technology in the new ones is crazy. We have thought about updating the command center in ours but haven’t done it yet. That GPS should show you property lines as well. That upper drink holder ain’t worth a damn in bumper areas. After wearing my tea a few times I just use it for gloves.

I just put a screen protector on my monitor. I went to a Zagg store and bought a screen protector sheet from them and cut it out myself. I told them they need to get the dimensions of the Kubota monitor. I’ve had my machine since August and only 15 hours on it so far.

@rayrayslawnlandscape20084 ай бұрын
I don't know about better, but kubota has a lot of really good features. But it's definitely equivalent to Bobcat. better in my opinion because of the roll up door. Just imagine not being able to run the machine with the door open. To me, that is a deal breaker

@@samb4668 right-My 6x12 dump trailer hauled my Bobcat T190 but it was really sketchy! 14k would be the smallest i would get for equipment. There are a few smaller pieces of equipment that 10k is good for but nothing like a skidsteer + attachments
@jonathantaylor69267 ай бұрын
They need a 10K discount but otherwise nice machine. Kubota just expanded their Georgia factory. The numbers are wild.. they spent 140 million dollars for this factory and it will push out 700 machines per day. So thats about 30 million gross per day. Not bad for a 140M investment. (yes I understand they have significant cost for labor and materials only saying that is pretty good they can gross the entire 140M they just spent in under a week).
@rayrayslawnlandscape20087 ай бұрын
That would be nice, but 10K is not a big deal compared to the money that you can make one of these machines. I have probably made twenty thousand dollars and i've only had the machine a month
@jonathantaylor69267 ай бұрын
@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 Guys who own these things must not be making that great of money.. because when they go to sell them used they evidently are in need of every penny they can get! There was a pretty bad shortage of these things for a few years. I priced out a 65 before the pandemic and I think it was like 54K with cab, heat and now they are like 63K for an open cab. Guess I should have bought one back in 18, whoops!
@rayrayslawnlandscape20087 ай бұрын
@@jonathantaylor6926 True - The 75-3 was $72,250 plus tax so $80k enclosed cab - loaded. I think some people buy them thinking they gonna make a killing even thoe they got no experience -they got no way to haul it around legally- I would have never bought a machine like this back in 2008 when i started my lawn business- I wasn't ready at that point-Some people just dont think and waste money on equipment they dont really know how to make money with and they dont have the customer base or Hustle ability cause they got no experience. It would be like that if i bought a Mini Ex! What would i do with it at this point? Im not ready for one cause i dont see a clear way for me to make money with it
@rayrayslawnlandscape20087 ай бұрын
I approach all equipment purchases like this. I usually have to have at least $10-$15k of work lined up before i will even think about purchasing

@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 I actually have a mini-ex and its pretty freaking handy... but I do drainage and retaining walls. I also use it for tree work and at this point I actually prefer a mini ex for tree work over a track loader... but I use a little BX tractor with a loader to move dirt and gravel so im jealous of your SVL for sure!

Wait until you have it a while. The door doesn't seal very well. That machine will be full of dust at 40hrs. The door track gets full of dirt as well and gets harder to flip up and down. It will also start to rattle like crazy.
@rayrayslawnlandscape2008Ай бұрын
300 hrs and still no rattle in the door. It has rubber bumpers you can adjust to tighten door fit
@giii7599Ай бұрын
@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 I have two SVL's the door is trash. The fact you can easily get in and out of the machine is nice and not worry about it hitting the boom is great. Yes the door can be adjusted. However constant adjustment of a door that is supposed to seal is a joke.

@goodboyringo9716 Not really that costly in today's world. About $30 bucks a day. I don't run mine every day - we cutting alot of grass right now. Last job I did with it 2 weeks ago I made 3k in about 4hrs. Job before that about 5 weeks ago i made $2600 in about 5hrs. Since I got the machine in November I have made over $35k with it and I have not even put 300 hrs on it. It has a 2000 hr bumper to bumper warranty as well.. it's a great investment ! Much better than buying a truck

Front idler is called a triple flange roller, air is sucked in through top of radiator and out sides of machine, thats why you have reverse fan on top . Its 72 nches wide with wide tracks, bucket should be 74inches . You should read manual man if your able to . I am afraid you will injure yourself. In my state you need a license to operate because a man rented a machine and his son backed over his brother. Equipment is very dangerous. Did you finish school bud . Maybe you should just mow lawns bud . Is this Florida or Georgia.
