So I've lived in Las Vegas for 18 years now, I've been here now since I was a teenager and I've grown into adulthood here too. There's two types of people here, the ones who love it, and the ones who are wrong lol. Norma ... where to start? Really proud of you and your success! Keep it up! Even _better_ things to come! The "eight hours a day editing" really shows. Your content, attention to shots/framing, tasteful and creative cinematography, the music choices, and especially the edits really stand out, showing all the effort you put into these vlogs. *SO* well done, and a joy to watch! The apartment is "*P-I-M-P PIMPIN"!* (Or should I say "Ballin"? I dunno. You knowutImsayin' LOL) What an amazing space! That gas stove is going to ruin you. You will never wish to step down to anything else after using that. It is also the most efficient way to cook! Might I suggest a few cushy stools with arms for the breakfast bar? And maybe a 5-channel surround sound system for the TV that will double a music player and maybe a soundbar for the bedroom as well? When watching movies alone or with friends, this will make them really *pop!* All in good time, anyway ... *WAY TO GO NORMA!*

Gotta say, never seen an apt that includes a wine fridge. I'm guessing this is a newer apartment, everything looks spanking new. And knowing the Vegas real estate/rental market, this must be costing a pretty penny per month. So another guess is Norma's doing very well with her channel. Good for her, they're always fun and informative.

Most definitely. Rentals in Las Vegas has come up big time and this isn’t a cheap apartment. It’s probably cheaper than rentals in California. She’s a grinder and definitely deserves this new place. Who knows, she might buy someday when the real estate market in Las Vegas and elsewhere goes through a housing correction.

Congrats! I moved to Vegas in 2003; a year later I got my first apt. on S. Rainbow while they were still building things there. It was heaven! Gated, with clubhouse and big pools. Across the street was a Village Pub so I was having steak 2-3 times a week. The right neighborhoods you can find great places to live; one of the best things about being in Vegas.

I love the new apartment but am sorry you didn't show us the patio view on first visit. Girl, you could have packed before moving help arrived. The nice painting belongs over your living room sofa. All the neutral colors need some real color above it. Naturally, many people in other cities will be curious what an apartment like that cost in Las Vegas, but you don't have to tell us if you really don't want to. It looks very nice to I'd guess 1600 in Las Vegas or the same in L.A. for 2800 if not more. Thanks and enjoy. You earned it! Thanks to your friends for helping you too.

I've been watching your videos since I moved to Vegas. Mainly I focus on the things I care about, cheep eats, undiscovered restaurants, etc.. but when I saw your video today about how much it costs to live in Vegas I went back and reviewed your first "How much it costs to live in Vegas" video and now this one. This is such a come up for you! I'm really impressed with how much work you have put behind this channel and business to make it what it is today. I hope you are really proud of yourself. Moving from a single room rental to your own apartment and having "employees" is a testament to your hard work. Great job.

Congratulations! It’s an awesome feeling getting your own place. Take your time decorating and you can really get some good thrifty ideas from Pinterest and Dollar Tree hacks. I’m a crafter and half if not most items I make come from Dollar Tree hacks. I love Vegas and you have definitely helped our travel there so much fun and easier with your reviews. Carefully buying furniture because it’s expensive, just make sure it’s functional for YOU, and generally it lasts a long time to only take up space. It's quite the sticker shock, but if you are looking for a good chair that won't hurt your back the Herman Miller Aeron is nice. I picked one up when I had to work from home and my old chair was really hurting my back. I picked the Aeron up and really helped and was well worth the sticker shock and has a great warranty.

Congrats on the new place. See if your chair has a tilt tension knob under the seat and adjust that. May help your back ache. It helped with my issue.

Nice Apartment! Yes, always rent a truck 🚚 it makes moving 100% easier! Didn't realize how "undertall" you were until you were in front of your pantry shelves and Jacob 🙃 Buy a folding 3 step step ladder! Super handy for pantry, dusting ceiling fans and replacing ceiling lights. Get a squeegee for your shower! Nice artwork (good memory). 👍👍

The painting in your bedroom , i think you should move it to the livingroom and hang it above the couch, pop of color and since it is special to uou but also one of a kind due to the artist passing it can be a key point in your livingroom. But if you really want to have the paining to yourself in the bedroom, hang it above your Bed. Obviously both picture and paining wont being hanging in same room but those are my thought ans idea. Btw i do love your place its perfect size and not to small at the sametime.
