Baus try dead mans, and streaks gauge. The proc damage works with your passive so you can get some good last hit kills. Poppy has one of the highest base AD in game so Sterak's passive AD bonus is really efficient.

The better version of this build is with First Strike. You want some lethality but not full Lethality, You want items that BONK. That is, Items that deal instant burst damage that will contribute to your first strike combo. Some of these items also work defensively. Mainly Eclipse and Dead Man's Plate. You have enough damage to oneshot squishies, you got shield and burst on eclipse and you got Armor, Health, MS and Burst Damage with Deadman's Plate. After that, some good items are Voltaic Cycloforce for more lethality and Trinity Force for more burst and MS. For last items I almost always opt for Steraks Gage. And just like that, you can carry with a Tanky Assassin Poppy Jungle.

Forgot to mentio thar you also get Hexflash, which is a super important tool for Poppy Jungle for many reasons: ‐Taking shortcuts to invade enemy jungler ‐Ganking from raptors / turret side brush -Getting over wolves wall -Positioning perfectly during ambush -Being able to stay out of vision and then jump in and R enemies off baron / teamfight.
