10:04 Generally speaking your framerate IS limited by your refreshrate when using vsync (which gets rid of horizontal 'tearing' lines that can appear when part of a new frame is drawn on top of an old frame by the time the monitor refreshes).

To be honest I get turned off from watching his videos because of how weird it is when the thumbnails are so click bait and I’m just watching the video because I already know that this video will be enjoyable but seeing the thumbnail is just annoying enough to turn me away.
