Even typing this caption right now … it still feels so surreal, and I just want to start off by saying a huge thank you for supporting me and making my dream come true. Without you, there wouldn’t be this brand. Thank you so so much for trusting me and my recipes … and I am so excited to share with you what I’ve been working on for the past two years.

My favorite part is seeing all the elders trying everything and getting that acknowledgement that this is good! Especially in Asian culture, that approval means so much, being able to capture all of those flavors that have been passed down for so long!

Personally, my favorite part is you shopping locally rather than a main chain to get your ingredients. You went out and got your own take rather than taking the word from other people and then trusting them and grabbing the ingredients that you need. This documentary is so well done!! I actually watched it twice because my partner came home and asked if I was watching anything interesting and I was like “Yea! I wanna show you!” I was near the end of it and we threw it on tv and started it over. I explained to him who you were and where you started from, he loves hearing stories about people chasing their dreams. I am constantly in awe of what Covid era tiktok did for people and how it helped so many people live and find themselves and chase their dreams. I’m so proud of you! Funny enough I was also eating wonton noodle soup I had made. I’m so excited for your product because of the amount of love and care you put into it and I can’t wait to try it!! 💙💙💙

As the child of Japanese immigrants, recapturing that ancestral taste is so important to me and I can see that trying to share home, history, and flavor is your passion and I am in awe of your dedication and spirit. My favorite part was your grandpa's sudden smile when he smelled the soy sauce you made. I could tell he wasn't following the conversation and was really into his noodles. Everyone was thinking hard and engaging and using words and he just smiled when he smelled something you made. That is the best feeling in the world.

My favorite part is the scallions because I think that sourcing your products from your home country doesn’t just pay homage to your culture , but it also provides source of work and income ! I'm so excitedddd. I made your chicken recipes for my housemates and they loved it even though they dont even really like chicken. My family wasn't very forthcoming when it came to teaching me how to make dishes that taste authentic but i get a part of that taste from your videos. My favourite part was seeing the process of you going to Taiwan to find the right producers and tasting the food. I cried with you at the end, got me right in the feels! I love how your food doesn’t contain any nasty additives and chemicals. My favorite part of this documentary is how involved you were in the process of making your products and brand. I can see the passion you have in all of this. I can't wait for this release!

wow tiff,, this was amazing to watch i almost cried 😭 honestly ive only been following you for a few months but i feel like its been a lot longer and im so proud of you!! its clear how much love and care you put into this line and i really wish you the best with this and future endeavors. also i was trying to decide my favorite part while i was watching and at first was going to say the inside look at the meetings yall had because it's just so cool and interesting but i have to say the part where you shared your products with your family for the first time really warmed my heart, it was so sweet!!

Tiffany, omg!!! I got emotional watching this because I discovered you around the time you started and watching your videos during covid lockdowns and making the recipes at home, it brings me back to when I was a kid when my family and I would visit China and have all this wonderful street food. Watching you grow over these last 3 years as been so wonderful! My mother and sister are both chefs and they absolutely love your recipes too! What i like in the documentary is how hands on you are on finding the right ingredients , so you can bring out the best in the product you’re doing. The part I was most enthralled with was the slice of life in Taiwan that you were able to show us. The process of the sun dried noodles in the factory, the harvesting of the bountiful green onions. Every single part that showed us life in Taiwan was beautiful. Thank you so much for showing us every step of your process and for pouring your heart and soul into this project. My favorite part was the learing about the amout of hard work and dedication you gave to creating and turning your vision into a reality.
