Likely isnt, it looks like she is using a fairly strong filter. I wouldn't say she has a lot of issues, but "perfect" skin does not exist irl 🙂

The SPF in makeup is not enough to actually protect your face given how little you're likely to use. If you think about it, you need about a penny of pure sunscreen just for your face. Also optimally you'd have to reapply it about every 2 hrs iirc. 😉
