I also do basic note taking unlike others who decorate their notebooks too much idk why do they waste their time and stationery for some notes that you need only once.

Connector pens are great for that! They are thin enough to write with and they even come in 50 shades in case you like to write colorful notes! I have been using them to write for quite a while now:,-)
