Never had a roommate but with flatmates we wrote a list of things we wanted to buy and how much each cost and tried to split the items so they cost about the same amount.

I would say come see the statue of liberty since its nice outside, the Empire State building, Central Park (you can rent bikes and ride around the park) there are nice little places to eat around that area of Central Park as well.

I’m looking forward to seeing your next apartment, but you’re moving out of Brooklyn just as their basketball team’s getting good. The Brooklyn Nets signed Kevin Durant recently. I consider him to be the best player in the world currently. However, he’s probably not going to play at all this upcoming season because of an injury, so the Nets probably won’t be competing for championships until the 2020-2021 season. :)
