I have a 2020 Crossfire E that has now covered 6500 miles and is still going strong. I had the torque sensor replaced under guarantee in the first year but it started working again before I took it in to Halfords so I'm not sure that it had actually failed. I have found that road dust and fine grit gets onto the sensors so I vacuum this out from time to time and its been fine ever since (apart from a loose connection). I only use Tour mode and still get around a predicted 50 miles on a full charge and sometimes close to 60 if I haven't been up any steep hills. I've had to remove, clean and re-grease the free wheel hub when the pawls got stuck open. I have replaced about 4 chains when they stretched to 0.75% of their original length. Maybe that's why the gear set is still original. I've had two punctures (rear wheel) and replaced the rear brake pads but that's about it. I've also added a few things such as mudguards, lights, rack, water bottle holder and bags. This bike is the best thing that I have ever bought.
