This is so awesome. Chef Frank Proto use to teach there. I follow his KZfaq and does videos occasionally for Epicurious. I follow two amazing chefs you and him. ❤

Ask your financial aid office about a grant named, “The Escoffier Educational Ingredients Grant”. It’s a grant of $200/month for ingredients
