FedEx delivered my AirPod Pros to the wrong house and I called my bank and they gave me back the money....lucky for me I had honest neighbors and they eventually brought me my packager. Recently I order a Yeti Tundra 35 and they lost that too and the company ended up sending me a refund. A few days later there was a cooler at the door....😂😂

Girl I lived in Seattle for uni (UW) and I got a one bedroom apartment with my brother for 1400 (so 700 each) which is cheap. The building was old as hell and our apartment would have heating problems, leaking problems etc, I would get followed and catcalled. I also found used needles and condoms right outside and the local homeless loved hosting fight club below my window every day at 1am

Same thing happened to me with ULTA. They never gave me refund and I lost $105 for something I couldn’t enjoy! Another package from ULTA got delivered at my neighbors door who came up 4 floors to tell me, my package is at their door! I’ll never shop at ULTA again due to their shitty customer service and no care of their delivery. The girl I was talking to on the phone had the same voice and tone like Kelly mentioned at 7:50 and I thought she is a blonde girl with fake tan from LA 😂

I have expensive life saving medicine delivered every month. While staying at my aunt's house I sat sleepily next to the front door waiting for the medicine to come. The courier marked as delivered twice that day. After speaking to supervisor who called me back and told me that the courier would come back out a 3rd time I finally got my infusion medication. They are really shady. Smh

Failed delivery attempt: I’m a girl and my name is Ryan. A package was missing so I called the post office to try to find it. When I gave them my name... there was a pause. The oh so familiar pause when I know that the person on the other line is questioning if 1, I’m a man with a “womanly” voice, or 2, lying. There is no 3. Considering who I say I am is not an option. With a guilty inflection, they tell me the package didn’t arrive. Who is the liar here I ask you? Long story short, I go to the post office in person and whoever this new human is helping me also looks at me with skepticism, even after handing them my driver’s license. I get the package, get home... and it’s filled with those air-filled plastic bags to keep the items from breaking. The item wasn’t in the package. I contact the company (person thinks I’m a dude) and after talking to 3 reps, all ranking higher than the former, they determine that nothing was put into the package to begin with because it wasn’t scanned in the warehouse...... Oh yeah, so repeat this story with this name that my parents blessed me with for every situation you can think of..... I was in the military and got put in the men’s dorm. I knew before I saw the men because the comunal toilet seat was up.... I also got detention for being named Ryan in 8th grade when a skittish substitute teacher thought I was trying to play him.
