Nice!!! Thanks for sharing your experience. Thanks to airlines such as PanAm inspired this kid avgeek of the 70s and 80s to avgeek globetrek as a young adult. PanAm made that possible. Looking back it became a great time, I cherish the opportunities. PanAm dedicated employees, although an airline career never came my way, looking back it was all good. No regrets, being an avgeek seeing the world. Looking forward to part 2.

A lot of memories no one can take away from you. I was too young to fly Pan Am but my older brother did as a child flying to the states from England. I also think you almost got into Manchester which Delta then started in 1991

I, like most new flight attendants was first based in New York and eventually I was able to transfer to Los Angeles.
