My personal GM MDI and DIY-Opel Service Laptop (GlobalTIS)

I finally got the opportunity to purchase a genuine GM MDI. I installed and cracked the GlobalTIS 32.0 B and Tech2Win Software on an old Laptop I had lying around and tried it out on my 2012 Ampera.
Works like a charm! Deleteing my Radio Error Code in this video

does actia multidiag works on this car? I saw that the 2014 version has opel ampera in the car list but I don't have an ampera to test it on

Mahlzeit! Gibt es in der 32b Version eigentlich keine brauchbaren Stromlaufpläne mehr? In irgendeiner Version gab es dafür doch sogar mal einen extra Abschnitt...

Hey. Habe irgendwie immer und immer wieder das Problem das gds 2 bei mir die Nutzungslizenz raushaut. Also beim erstmal Start und nach der Installation ging es, aber wenn ich den Laptop Neustarte bzw runter und wieder Hoch fahre, Zeigt er mir an das es keine aktuelle Nutzungslizenz gibt. Was kann ich tun das es immer funktioniert?

have you tried updating software on ampera ?

You can't, because you have to use a direct connection to GM when doing so. But you can at least do service stuff with this version (2012)

Nice to know. Is there particular version of GM MDI which people should buy/not buy. I know there's wired and wifi versions of this stuff.

The problem is China (where all of these MDIs are produced). You should use a genuine MDI from GM, but there are too many fake MDIs on places like ebay. There are a few indicators to make sure it is a genuine MDI, but those aren't sold very often. (At least here in europe). The genuine MDI should ALWAYS have the Wifi card, that's for sure. Everything else is a fraud
